Bar Truck sets the precedent for the mobile bar scene. Fully mobile and completely self-contained, we drive her to and from our local events and bring everything necessary to provide you with a complete and unique bar experience. At your favorite venue, in your local neighborhood spot, or way off the grid on the family property, the Bar Truck has got you covered. Our 1951 Ford brings an unmatched style and serves as the centerpiece for your event. She's outfitted with restaurant grade equipment including a wine cooler and a six-tap refrigerated draft system. Two handmade, PNW cedar topped bar tables along with a custom woodwork & tile backdrop help complete the vibe, while our professionally trained staff members tie it all together once the party starts. Classic, modern, rustic, and vintage all packed into one unforgettable experience.

We quote each of our events individually, because they're all unique. This means you get a custom-built service tailored to your specific needs based on your vision, drink choices, and guest count. Up to six tap choices, wine billed by the bottle that you consume, and hand-crafted signature cocktails.

The Truck
Our main attraction, the Belle of the ball, we designed and built the Bar Truck to handle any event, large or small. She brings a classy look to your wedding, a cool & fun vibe to your company party, and she's sure to turn heads wherever she goes.
Standalone Bars
Don't have space for the Bar Truck? Maybe you're having an indoor event at your workplace or you're entertaining in your home. We've got you covered with our standalone bars. Perfect for indoor events and cozier parties where you may not need the big Bar Truck. Can be used indoors or out!
Multiple Bars
Combine the Bar Truck with additional standalone bars for larger events. Maybe you've booked a sprawling venue or have a large number of attendees. Having multiple bar locations at your event makes it easier for your guests to get what they need, makes for a more efficient bar service, and reduces the potential for any lines to form at the bars. We want to make sure your guests stay hydrated & happy!

How much does it cost?
As far as you need us to! We've been all over Oregon, from Southern to Eastern, and a lot of spaces in between. Destination and travel fees may apply once we leave the Portland area.
Yes in Oregon, if you want us to. No in Washington, regardless. Different states have different rules. To our Washington clients - we can help you source everything you need and we know how to make it simple.
How much space do you need?
Our footprint once were parked and setup is approximately 24' long by 18' wide and we're not afraid to squeeze her into some tight spaces.
Do we need to supply power?
Bar Truck can plug-in to any 110v household outlet, plus we carry an on-board generator for venues and off-grid locations that don't have access to the power we require to keep the drinks cold!
So many variables, we wish it was that easy. We price each one of our events individually due to all the different factors at play. Guest count and drink choices are the big ones. Beer & wine only? Cocktails too? You want us to drive over Mt. Hood?! It all adds up so differently, but we'd love to get you an itemized quote!

One of the most common questions we hear at events! And don't sweat it, we love talking about the Bar Truck! She's a 1951 Ford F-5 Truck.
Absolutely! We carry Liquor Liability and General Liability insurance policies. You may need your own event insurance for your specific event, so make sure you do your homework!
